AMC was formed in 2019 by father and son team, Lennie and Clint Ross, who together have over 55 years’ experience in the concrete, transport and construction industries. Supporting Lennie and Clint is a team of highly experienced personnel in financial and human resources management.

Lennie Ross
Operations Manager
Lennie manages all of AMC’s concrete operations. Lennie has over 23 years’ experience in concrete batching including as a plant manager and as an owner operator. He combines this experience with over 15 years’ experience as an operations manager in the trucking industry.
The combination of Lennie’s hands-on concrete batching skills and his overall management experience means that he is ideally suited to managing remote concreting jobs.
Clint Ross
Chief Executive Officer
Clint has over 20 years’ experience in the transport industry, specialising in transporting a range of goods to remote areas, particularly in northern Australia.
Clint also has over 13 years’ experience as an owner/operator of his own business specialising in civil construction, remote concrete supply and install, demolition and asbestos removal and, more recently, remediation works.
